Former operator of the bitcoin poker site, Seals with Clubs, received a sentence of two years probation and was fined $25,000, after he pleaded guilty to operating an unlawful gaming site earlier this year.

Bryan Micok pleaded guilty during July after he was charged by the Nevada Attorney General's office during the spring.

At the time that he was charged, Mr. Micon faced as much as 10 years in prison, and fines of $50,000 or more.

The charges from Nevada happened just after the abrupt closure of Seals with Clubs during February. Mr Micons home was raided that same month, prompting him to flea to Antigua. He later returned to face charges in the USA.
